2. Hosting with Cloudflare

This website (ametistaseeds.com (and the entry page at ametistaseeds.de)) is delivered by Cloudflare, a service of Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St., San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. When you open the website, Cloudflare processes technically necessary data — in particular your IP address, date and time of access, the page requested and browser and device information — to deliver the website securely and reliably and to protect it against attacks. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Transfers to the USA are based on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, under which Cloudflare is certified, and on standard contractual clauses. 3. No cookies

This website sets no cookies and stores nothing on your device. Fonts, images and videos are loaded directly from this website, not from third-party servers.

4. Anonymous visit statistics

To know which pages are used and whether the website works properly, I count visits anonymously. Only daily totals are stored: the page viewed, the country (derived by the server, without storing the IP address), the website the visit came from (domain only), technical error messages, and clicks on videos and on links to music services. No IP addresses, identifiers or profiles are stored. I also use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts visits without cookies and without tracking people. Legal basis: my legitimate interest in running and improving the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

5. Links to other websites

This website contains plain links, for example to babinoli.com, YouTube and music services (Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube Music, Amazon Music). Only when you click such a link are you taken to that provider's site, whose privacy policy then applies. No data is sent to these providers before that.

6. Contact form and email

If you write to me through the contact form or by email, I receive your name (if given), your email address and your message. Form messages and emails to addresses at ametistaseeds.com are forwarded by Cloudflare to my mailbox at Google (Gmail), where Google's privacy policy also applies. I use this data only to answer your request (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR) and delete it once it is no longer needed, unless the law requires me to keep it.

7. Your rights

You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection (Art. 21). Just write to contato@ametistaseeds.com.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR), for example the Bavarian Data Protection Authority (BayLDA).
